Ingredients:
3 bananas.
3 dessert spoons of honey.
285ml / ½ a pint of single cream.
Around a pint of ice cubes.


Directions:
Place the banana, cream and honey in the liquidiser and whizz up for 30 seconds before adding the ice cubes, place the lid on and pulse to a slushy milk shake consistency.
