We have a vacancy for Customer Service Representative.
Job Description:-
To act as a local point of contact for sales enquiries
To handle customer service activities liaising between APAC laboratories and customers for ongoing testing jobs.
Administrative duties including quotation/ invoicing, test report and job filing.
To handle Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) and Pre-Shipment Testing (PST) enquiries and job monitoring.
Job Requirements:-
Good communication and interpersonal skill with ability to interact effectively at all levels is a must.
Preferably can speak English, Mandarin and Malay.
Proactive and effective business writing skills in English and basic Ms. Word, Powerpoint, Excel knowledge.
Applicants with some inspection/engineering knowledge. Experience is not necessary but will be preferred.
Training will be provided internally.
Our company operates on 5-day work week with working hours from 9am to 6pm.
